In-home (Mobile) MAssage Therapy - coming soon.

What to expect:

• I supply my own portable massage table, clean linens, oil or lotion, music, hand towels and hand soap, and provide massage therapy in the comfort of your home.
• At this time, I am only offering home visits for returning patients that I have seen in clinic.
• Please allot for an extra 30 minutes to your treatment time; 10-15 minutes to set up and 10-15 minutes to take down. For example: if you have a 60 minute appointment at 1:00, I may be there until 2:30.
• Accepted payment methods are credit card or e-transfer
• Direct billing TBA
• Receipts will be given via email.
• ‘Location Services’ on my devices will be enabled; this means my emergency contacts will have access to my location at all times. This is for my personal safety. Your identity will not be shared to maintain patient confidentiality.
• All health and safety regulations set out by Public Health Authorities will be enacted. This means that as of March 10 2022 face masks are still required at all times as I am considered to be providing a healthcare service.

Your requirements:

• You must provide a living room or spare room for me to set up my massage table with enough space to walk around it
• To maintain professional boundaries, I will NOT work in your bedroom unless previously approved with me first such as being bedridden due to injury or serious illness.
• Optional: if you would like heating pads, please provide access to an electrical outlet
• If you live in an apartment and are not on the main floor, I will require access to an elevator. If you live in a house, please let me know in advance how many stairs there are to the main level. There may be an additional fee if there are excessive stairs.
• Access to parking nearby.
• Access to a washroom sink or kitchen sink to wash my hands before and after treatment. I will be using my own soap and hand towels.
• You are welcome to provide your own oil, essential oils or music if you have a preference but you are not required to. Medicated oils such as CBD oils are not permitted as it is not within the scope of practice of my profession.

Rates:
GST is included in the rates below. 

• $115 for 45 minutes
• $140 for 60 minutes
• $170 for 75 minutes
• $200 for 90 minutes

* $5 discount can be applied for those who provide their own sheets (more details below). Discount is applied to pre-tax amount. 

If you would like to provide your own sheets:

Required*: Two sheets. They can be two flat sheets, or one fitted and one flat. Massage specific sheets can be purchase for about $25, but is not necessary. Twin sized bed sheets fit the massage table perfectly, and can be any material or colour.
Required*: A face cradle cover, or a pillowcase to use as a face cradle cover. Massage specific covers can be purchased between $6-10, but are not necessary. A folded pillowcase works just as well.

(Optional) a throw blanket to keep you warm (which may get oil on it), a hand cloth or dish towel to scoop away hair or to cover your eyes. Extra pillows if you require more support.

* If you do not want to provide your own sheets for a discount, I will provide my own clean linens for the treatment.
